IWG to open four new centres in Malaysia between April to September

Hybrid working services firm IWG revealed that it will be starting 4 brand-new centers in Kuala Lumpur, Cyberjaya and Johor. The new launches are going to increase IWG’s footprint in Malaysia to 42 centres across four brands– Regus, Spaces, HQ and Signature.

The brand-new centres will be available via IWG’s on-demand international membership.

Vijayakumar Tangarasan, state head of Malaysia at IWG, claims the inclusion is part of the business’s more comprehensive development technique. The firm strives to enhance options for all employees to conveniently access a professional work space and provide convenience, a top priority for workers everywhere.

Complying with the label’s introduction at Puchong Financial Corporate Centre, IWG will open up a 12,971-square-foot HQ centre at AmBank Tower in Kuala Lumpur. Yet another 16,533-square-foot Regus center will be introduced in Prima-9 in Cyberjaya, area of Malaysia’s high-technology downtown and Multimedia Super Corridor.

In the previous two years, IWG has launched five new centres in Malaysia. in 2023, the Group added 867 brand-new locations to its universal profile, including 163 new facilities in Asia Pacific.

IWG will launch two centres in Johor: a 14,973 sq ft HQ centre in the residential area Menara Pelangi, conveniently near to the Malaysia-Singapore fringe, and a 12,497 sq ft Regus at Medini Lakeside, a mixed-use location close to the Malaysia-Singapore Second Channel bridge.

The new centres, schedule to launch between April and September, will sign up with IWG’s international affiliate of 4,000 spots in 120 countries.
